Our signature Mango Ginger pickle is available only during the mango ginger harvest season from September to March and is made using the fresh mango ginger from our farm. It’s much sought after for its unique taste. It can be used as a pickle or chutney or a spread. It tastes mildly spicy coupled with slight sour and sweet notes and has the distinct raw mango flavour of the Mango Ginger. It’s all natural and organic ingredients include Mango Ginger, Byadagi Chillies, Tamarind, Jaggery, Cold Pressed Gingelly Oil and Himalayan Rock Salt. Like all our pickles it contains only minimum oil and salt and no preservatives, additives or stabilisers. Hence it needs to be refrigerated.
