How does “Refer a Friend” policy work?

When you refer your friend to us, both your friend and you will get discount coupon details to your registered email id's. The coupon will be activated once your friend makes an online purchase with us. You can use the coupon online to avail the discount within a particular number of days.

What is your Minimum order?

The minimum value to place an order online is Rs 500 /-.

What are your delivery charges?

The delivery charges are added to the order value based on the pin code and distance from our nearest store.

What is community delivery?

We will save on our logistic charges if there are sizeable number of orders from a single community. And, we will pass on that savings to you by either waiving off or charging a minimal delivery charge. And of course, not to forget, good discounts at regular intervals.

Please select “Community Delivery” in the “Delivery Address” page while placing the order. Select the community that you live and mention your Tower and Flat number.

In case you do not find your community in the list, please fill up the form provided. We will get back to you and include your community in the list.

Do you have any discounts or product offers?

Please visit our offers link on the home page. It has our latest discounts and offers.

What is your Shipping and Delivery Locations?

Please visit the link “Our Delivery Areas” to know about all locations and days of the week when we do home delivery of our products.

If you live outside of the areas mentioned above, we can still deliver based on the pin code and distance from our nearest store. Please call us at 98456 89551.

It is our constant endeavor to expand our reach. We will be updating this page as and when we are able to add new locations.

Why is it that some vegetables that I ordered are not delivered?

Because of limited supply and various other reasons, farmers may not supply us certain Fruits & Vegetables, against our order. When this happens, we will not be able to deliver. It is our endeavor to include more sources and avoid this situation.

What is your Cancellation and Return Policy?

Order once placed can be cancelled before 12:00 noon the following day by calling our store at 98456-89551.

We do not encourage return of the product once sold to you. However, they can be exchanged as per the below conditions:

Vegetables, Fruits, Greens, Grocery items and Jewellery once sold cannot be returned.

Any product that is sealed or bottled can be exchanged within two days of purchase provided it is not opened and in the original condition so that they can be placed for sale again.

 Art & Craft products can be exchanged within two days of purchase provided items are in good condition.

How do I request for products that are not listed?
