It is our constant endeavor to expand our reach. We will be updating this page as and when we are able to add new locations.

How frequently do you bring Organic "Fruits & Vegetables"?

Currently, we bring Organic "Fruits & Vegetables" thrice a week (Tue, Fri, and Sat). They come to our store at around 2pm.

Why is it that some vegetables that I ordered are not delivered?

Because of limited supply and various other reasons, farmers may not supply us certain Fruits & Vegetables, against our order. When this happens, we will not be able to deliver that particular product. It is our endeavor to include more sources and avoid this situation.

Why is it that vegetable prices change?

Vegetable prices change due to market conditions. We update product prices once in a week.

What are your Payment options?

At present we have only Cash / Check options available.

What is your Cancellation and Return Policy?

Order once placed can be cancelled before 12:00 noon the following day by calling our store at 080-22580132 or 98456-89551.

We do not encourage return of the product once sold to you. However, they can be exchanged as per the below conditions:

  • Vegetables, Fruits, Greens, Grocery items and Jewellery once sold cannot be returned.
  • Any product that is sealed or bottled can be exchanged within two days of purchase provided it is not opened and in the original condition so that they can be placed for sale again.
  • Art & Craft products can be exchanged within two days of purchase provided items are in good condition.

How do I request for products that are not listed?

On our Website, please click on Products -> “Request Specific Product” and give details of product that you want us to get. We will follow up and try our best to get it for you.
